Actually, the name ChessandPoker.com is a reference to the dual strategy concepts behind these games, which I believe are sometimes quite different but ultimately mutually beneficial to one another. The analytical style required for Chess assists the Poker player when navigating the tournament field, while the aggressiveness found in strong Poker play sharpens a Chess players tactical eye and long-term planning, for example.

Hold tight, AO, we have a new Chess section completely dedicated to the game which is in production now. I think you and most Chess enthusiasts will find it very useful :D
