but i can not find a GOOD AND DECENT one.
Any suggestions where can i play ?

What games do you like to play? There are plenty of options for the mainstream games (Holdem, Omaha) and even some of the lesser-known but addictive variants like Triple Draw.

Thats what I faced when i first started playing poker few months ago as i was new to this world i was in search for some review site like myholdemtips.com where i got the complete information about different poker rooms including the bonus they are offering , the software aspacts etc.
try to find out for reviews of new poke room sites.
