Bit of a plug for the chess variant "Beyond Chess"

Beyond Chess is a variant where you manipulate the board in addition to your pieces. You can learn more about it here:

I happened to get a chance to try it this weekend. I have to say it is an interesting variant. The board consists of tiles that slide each turn. This causes the board to have changeable terrain. Anyhow, I found it interesting and wanted to give it a head's up on here.

cool, but I kind of invented this game already when I smashed my board into a bazillion pieces after losing won games. where's my kickback :scarymad:
