what happens if two players have a flush from the flop , turn and river saying q,10,7,6,4 of hearts and only one player has a 2 of hearts is it a tie or the players who has the two of hearts wins ?

The hands and board in your example result in a split (tied) pot:

Player 1: AdAc
Player 2: 7c2h

Board: Qh-Th-7h-6h-4h

Here, each players hand is not capable of beating the board, so both play the board by default. Or rather, both players hands are Qh-Th-7h-6h-4h. The 2h does not play since it is lower than the lowest heart on the board.

However, if instead of the 2h the second player held the 5h....

Player 1: AdAc
Player 2: 7c5h

Board: Qh-Th-7h-6h-4h

The player with AA would be forced to play the board (Qh-Th-7h-6h-4h) while the player with the lowly 7c5h would have the winning hand of Qh-Th-7h-6h-5h since the heart in his hand is higher than the lowest board flush card. Player 2 wins the pot in this example.

Of course, if a 3rd player held 9h8h they would win the pot even against the Ah since they would have a straight flush...which is always nice
